CALM HOME, HEALTHY SELF:
Simplify | Wellness | Design
With over 20 years of self study, college, work experience, and most importantly - recovering from my own health journey, I’ve gleaned a way to move out of feeling stuck to moving forward that combines design + organization to create a cohesive, beautiful space. Clutter isn't a storage problem — it's an emotional and physical barrier to thriving. The goal of organizing isn't to make things look tidy or fit into matching containers. It's to remove what's keeping you stuck, creating an environment that feels safe, and make room for who you're becoming. Start with the question: "Does this serve you now?" — because you know that holding onto things that no longer fit keeps you anchored to the past. This allows the space, time, and energy to enhance your space through design.
