FAQ’s

Q

Do you help sell items?

A

I can help sell items that are valued $250+ and I will take a 50% commission on the sale.

I can help provide some guidance on reselling if you prefer to handle yourself.

Q

What is the cost?

A

Cost can vary depending on project scope.

My packages for sale on my site have the pricing listed, and it is a flat fee for services described.

Contact me directly for a custom proposal; assessment consultation is required to quote and is free!

Q

Do you help with commercial spaces?

A

My primary focus is on residences, however I do have some experience with designing commercial boutiques (hair salons), and worked in commercial office planning for a number of years. Reach out to me to discuss your project and we will see if it’s a good fit!

Q

What payments do you accept?

A

My packages for sale require a credit card for processing.

If you’d rather: I can accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo payments. Reach out to me to arrange this payment instead.

Q

Do I need to do both organizing, and design?

A

Nope! Organizing and Design services are separate. Since I have a background in both, I do tend to incorporate principles of each in design and organizing (such as best way to incorporate organization in cabinetry - or styling and decor in organizing). If you’d like to do both, a custom proposal can be created for you.

Q

Do you have a design style?

A

I have a style that I lean towards, from colorful eclectic to timeless/ traditional. However, I prefer to glean what you like and from there create a design that lights you up. I can work with many design aesthetics, and with a keen design eye put together a style that reflects who you are.

Q

What kinds of projects do you do?

A

Anything with interiors! I can offer space planning, closet design, furniture selection, and bath and kitchen planning, and more.

Depending on project scope, I will recommend resources to vendors and installers to complete your project wishes as needed.

Part of my job is to help guide you in the process of creating a beautiful space, and make recommendations to achieve your overall goals.

For organization, I primarily focus on residential spaces. I can offer single space all the way to whole home organization. I primarily focus on homes that range from 600-3000 sq. ft (but can help those that are outside of this scope).

Q

I don’t see a package for sale that fits what I need. Can you still help me?

A

Reach out to me, and we can arrange a free assessment and a custom proposal can be provided for your project needs.

Q

For organization, do I need to de-clutter first?

A

The process works much better to remove items first, aiming for 25-50% reduction of unused/unwanted/unloved items. However I do understand that it can be challenging at times to get rid of items, and we can chat about this when we meet. In addition, some projects only require organization (such as how to effectively display a collection).
