E-Design is a great cost effective solution to achieve customized interior design guidance and advice. This is still a high level offering. Ideal for those that are hands on and love to bring the design to life, and can manage the purchasing and installation themselves.

• 2 design concepts with 3D renderings — lets you see two different directions for the room before committing to one, with realistic visuals that show what the finished space will look like

• Product and furniture sourcing list — gives you specific items to buy so you don't have to guess what fits the design or where to find it

• Mood board, floor plan, and material recommendations (flooring, paint, tile, window treatments, etc.) — covers both the layout and the finishes so you know how the room is arranged and what materials to use

• Finish selections for kitchen or bath — includes the specific surfaces and fixtures needed if the room is a kitchen or bathroom

• 2 rounds of revisions and up to 2 months of product alternate support — allows you to adjust the design after the first draft and get help finding substitutes if an item is out of stock or over budget

This is an in person custom proposal design for more complex, or larger and longer standing projects. Key benefits:

• Designer availability throughout the duration of the project to answer any questions and help with vendors or contractors/builders.

• Initial consultation & follow up presentation meetings

Services will be quoted in two phases for purchasing options to clients: Concept design, Design development, and Project Management & Procurement

• Concept design: Site survey, deep dive interview, mood board, preliminary budget, preliminary layout, concept review

• Design development: Trades day meetings, detailed drawings, specifications, detailed budget, design presentation, revisions

• Project management and procurement: manages install, vendors, and deliveries. Will include costs for furniture, cabinetry, etc., and retainer fees. Great for those that want a white glove experience and the design done for you!

This service is more hands on and great for smaller, cosmetic projects, or larger projects where a build professional is managing the project (general contractor or builder).
