Design-only & Full service Design
Design services are an in person custom proposal for one room refresh to more complex, longer standing projects. Services will be quoted in three phases for purchasing options to clients: Concept design, Design development, and Project management & Procurement
Concept design: Site survey, deep dive interview, mood board, preliminary budget, preliminary layout, concept review
Design development: Trades day meetings, detailed drawings, specifications, detailed budget, design presentation, revisions
Project management and procurement: manages install, vendors, and deliveries. Will include costs for furniture, cabinetry, etc., and retainer fees. Great for those that want a white glove experience and the design done for you!
This service is more hands on and great for smaller, cosmetic projects, or larger projects where a build professional is managing the project (general contractor or builder).
